Penang Shooting Club & Going To Singapore(3)

I was at the Kelab Menembak Pulau Pinang (Penang Shooting Club) beside the Botanical Garden today. It was a new experience to witness “flying target” shooting live. The closest I got to this was playing it on video games years ago, the one where you shoot flying ducks.

Of Heroes and Gotong Royong…(2)

Sometimes, most of the time, heroes don’t come in capes and red undies.
For almost 10 years, or maybe more - the Indian auntie I met said it was already “sepuluh tahun”, it doesn’t matter, the point is, the people of Taman Permata flat had been living in a very run-down neighbourhood for a long time.
The [...]

Bayan Baru UMNO Youth Should Debate Issue Intellectually Rather Than Making Police Report(2)

The action of Bayan Baru UMNO Youth to lodge a report against Penang State Deputy Chief Minister II Prof. P. Ramasamy is both unnecessary and malicious.

Prof. Ramasamy speech did not criticize the affirmative action concerning the Malay community, but merely critized, substantiated with statistics, how UMNO has maneuvered a communal monopoly of the public sector [...]
